In that case, Mr. Obama will either let default happen or find some way of defying the blackmailers, trading a financial crisis for a constitutional crisis.

Date: 2013-10-03 03:15 pm (UTC)Федерация - огромная. Массачусетс по составу населения, доходам, образовательному уровню и т.д. и т.п. сильно отличается от Миссури или Техаса.
То что, прекрасно сработает в одном месте, не сработает в другом.
Я не говорю, что Обамакейр - абсолютное зло. Там есть достаточно здравых идей.
Но их можно было воплощать, не объединяя все в один 1000 страничный том.
И главное: нахрена это делать на федеральном уровне?
Вот, Массачусетс сам провел реформу. Вермонт вообще собирается вводить one payer system, как в Канаде.
Ну и чудесно. Пусть каждый штат реализует то, что будет работать лучше в тех местах.
